    At -25 C,  ethanol is a liquid. So, as you heat it, it will remain a liquid, but its temperature will increase up to 78.5ºC. At this point, it will undergo a phase change to a gas at 78.5ºC. As you continue heating it, the gas will increase in temperature to the final temperature.  So, the correct answer is:

    d. Temperature change, phase change, temperature change
