I doubt if there are too many that pay $750 per year in income tax although there shouldn't be. We do know that some of them legally cheat like hell by using deductions that aren't available for most of us. Taxes should be on a graduated flat rate.

Billionaires and millionaires leave taxes up to the middle class and poor to pay. That is why they always try to hold down both of those classes of people from being successful.

45 is only a billionaire because he made 1.6 billion while in office. That's why he only used his own properties wherever he went. That's why he didn't take his 1.6 million in salary. Give up 1.6 million to make 1.6 billion. Not a hard choice. If you notice at CPAC he was asking his followers for money. In 2015 he said he would never take money to fund his campaign. He now has more money going out than coming in. He will be filing for bankruptcy if his cult don't continue giving him money.

Many  billionaires pay very little tax.  They can afford to hire people who know how to shelters their money from taxation. This is also why the idea of increasing taxes on the rich to pay for social programs will never work.  raising their tax rate leant do much if most of their wealth is sheltered.

Every one that hires competent tax attorneys and accountants.  If you're jealous of financially successful people paying lower taxes than you, contact your alleged representatives in the Swamp and tell them to pass a flat tax rate for everyone with income with no deductions, exceptions or exemptions.  Set the flat rate somewhere below 15% and eliminate ALL federal spending and pandering not specifically permitted by the Constitution.
