Why does USA make it hard for felons to get a job but other countries don’t ?
I think felonies should be removed from records after x amount of years, 10 years at most

They want them to get stuck in a vicious cycle where they have to keep committing crimes. It creates job security for a lot of government employees.

You apparently haven't traveled much.
Felons can get jobs, it is just harder for them and depending on the crime and when it took place they may be lawfully barred from certain jobs for security purposes.
